I've got top give these people credit, it takes some chutzpah to royally screw up a parking job intentionally. These drivers are in the same league as those jerks that creep along in a turn lane, only to pull over moments later. Or the unique personality that parks right in a crosswalk without looking for pedestrians. Oh, wait, there are those who double park at the CVS. Fine job, people, fine job.
