To The Tiki Caves!

Despite many a summer in woodworking class, no joke, I couldn't build a device to find my way out of a paper bag. But I've been inspired to add some panache to our otherwise fabulously decorated DC apartment. I've been chopping away at this thing for weeks now:

Yeah, totally awesome Tiki Fireplace, eh? I think it adds a touch of mystery to the place.

Just like the mystery of the tabu necklace that brings the Brady Bunch bad luck on their Hawaiian vacation. Yeah, remember that? Thought I'd forget, but nothing gets by this one. Nope. Nothing.
