It was inevitable. Like the fall of the Berlin wall, the X-Files movie being really bad, and the return of bell bottom pants: Lisa is leaving us. I don't normally put up personal posts. The news out there is just as weird as my personal life. However, our little girl is leaving us, and I do believe it merits a special tribute post.

THINGS I WOULD HAVE MISSED OUT ON IF I HAD NEVER MET LISA

• Random people crawling into my bed or urinating into our trashcan
• A deep, and profound respect for Tom Daschle
• Exposure to hot dishes containing pringles, and cream of mushroom soup
• Various and sundry vulgar words and phrases that cannot and will not be repeated here lest the FCC shut down my blog
• WIDE.SPREAD.PANIC
• Knowledge of the inner workings and dysfunction of a large law firm
• An exceptional challenger to my pop culture knowledge (we can let Jen think she knows movies)
• The sound of music...all the time...everywhere
• The proper way to shotgun
  
• Gin drinks

Well, they are countless, indeed. Suffice it to say, Lis, we will miss your laughter and your disgustingly perfect teeth.
